Injection Molding
E-CharmShine provides custom injection molding for fill light components (shells, shades, connectors) using certified Taiwan CHIMEI ABS material (RoHS, CA65, REACH, UL). Our 10×350T machines deliver 2,000 shells and 4,000 connectors daily for reliable, on-time production.
Hardware Production
E-CharmShine fill lights feature 100% recyclable steel telescopic rods and bases for durability. High-precision CNC-machined hinges and connectors ensure smooth adjustment. All brackets pass load-bearing and 2,000-cycle bending tests to guarantee stable positioning without sagging.
Assembly
E-CharmShine conducts rigorous quality control: lamp boards are dust-blown before lampshade assembly to prevent black spots; brackets undergo smooth telescoping tests; finished lights are tested for brightness and color temperature accuracy—ensuring layer-by-layer quality assurance.
